If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have specific rights regarding your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation. We are committed to facilitating the exercise of these rights.
You have the right to request confirmation of whether we process your personal data and, if so, to receive access to that data. We will provide a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format upon request.
If you believe personal data we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request correction. We will respond to rectification requests within 30 days and notify any third parties with whom we have shared the data of the corrections made.
You may request deletion of your personal data under certain circumstances, including when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, you withdraw consent on which processing is based, you object to processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds, or the data has been unlawfully processed.
This right is not absolute. We may retain information where legal obligations require retention, for establishment or defense of legal claims, or for archiving purposes in the public interest.
You may request we limit processing of your personal data when you contest the accuracy of the data, processing is unlawful but you oppose erasure, we no longer need the data but you require it for legal claims, or you have objected to processing pending verification of legitimate grounds.
Where processing is based on consent or contract performance and carried out by automated means, you have the right to receive personal data you provided to us in a structured, commonly used format and to transmit that data to another controller without hindrance.
You may object to processing of your personal data based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing purposes. When you object to processing for direct marketing, we will cease such processing immediately. For other objections, we will cease processing unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests.
Where processing relies on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.
We do not engage in automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you.
We process personal data under the following legal bases:
Our operations are based in Canada. When we transfer personal data from the EEA to Canada, we rely on adequacy decisions by the European Commission recognizing Canadian data protection standards as essentially equivalent to those in the EU for certain sectors.
Where such adequacy decisions do not apply, we implement appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country of residence, place of work, or place of alleged infringement if you believe our processing of your personal data violates GDPR.
We will respond to requests to exercise your rights within 30 days. In complex cases, we may extend this period by an additional 60 days, in which case we will inform you of the extension and reasons within the initial 30-day period.
